Payment with Check

To pay by check, fill out the form on the left and click “Submit.” We will contact you to work out payment details as well as your advertisement information.

Payment with Credit Card

To securely pay by credit card via PayPal, fill out the form on the right and click “Pay Now.”  We will receive your payment instantly and contact you to get your advertisement information.

The transaction will appear on your credit card statement as “LNCHOIR.”

Note: If you wish to contribute a custom amount, other than our suggested giving levels, please fill out the “Payment by Check” form to the left. Unfortunately, at this time, our credit card payment processor is only able to handle preset donation amounts.
